Promoting Intergenerational Teaching and Learning in Higher Education: A Michigan Initiative

This new report from Generations United provides an overview of how colleges and universities can expand intergenerational teaching and learning opportunities.

With support from the Michigan Health Endowment Fund, Generations United is working with Michigan’s colleges and universities to develop intergenerational teaching and learning opportunities designed to reduce ageism, improve health outcomes for older adults, prepare students to live and work in an aging society, and foster generational empathy and collaboration. This report represents the first step in the initiative.
