Jamarl D. Clark is the Assistant Director at Generations United’s National Center on Grandfamilies. He is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the Center’s operations, including engaging with grandfamilies/kinship families, ensuring the quality of publications and resources, conducting federal advocacy, and leading the kinship navigator collaborative. Nearly two decades of experience, Clark has been a valuable advisor to nonprofit organizations, specializing in leadership, team building, and strategic planning. Before joining Generations United, Clark served as the Executive Director of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Program Manager for Plaza West, which was the first grandfamily residential affordable housing project in the District of Columbia. He also worked with corporate and government agencies to support the co-founding of the Community Corps intergenerational program for Jumpstart for Young Children, in Washington D.C.
