  3. Hope 4 Tomorrow Mentoring
    The Foster Care Support Foundation provides free clothing, toys, infant equipment, books, sporting equipment and more to youth in kinship, foster and fictive kin care throughout the state of GA. They also have a free one-on-one mentoring program for youth aged 12 years old and older in 8 metro Atlanta counties.

  5. Alcona County Commission on Aging
    Alcona County Commission on Aging has a few intergenerational programs that center around their mission- to promote the independence, well-being, and dignity of the aging population of Alcona County. We want to meet the needs of our community and its family. We serve our community by understand its needs and including its voice in everything we do! Person Centeredness is the core value we believe in. Their program "Grand Art" involves school kids and seniors to create art projects together and "Adopt a grandparent" involves school kids making homemade Christmas cards for seniors in the community. We also offer a Kinship program for our community.
